Amelia offers a web-based booking calendar that can also be integrated with Outlook to optimize our employees' scheduling. A connection to this service is only established when you actively use the online booking function on our website.

The following data will be collected:

  • Time of appointment request and agreed appointment (*)

The data marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory for contacting you. Additional data supports appointment preparation and is necessary for specific communication channels. Your data will be used for confirming and managing appointments, as well as for contacting you, and will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

By using Amelia, data about your activities on our website may be transmitted to and processed by Amelia. This data is normally stored within the European Union, but may also be transferred to servers in the USA. The USA is considered a third country without an adequacy decision from the EU Commission, which means that it does not have a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU.
