What are the exact costs of getting started?
Platform registration, provider app and onboarding support are completely free. Costs are only incurred when you activate a pillar – from €9.90/month for coupons, and from €0.49 per ticket sold for tickets. City voucher initiators pay a €149 setup fee, and voucher book publishers €990. Participating businesses in the city voucher program pay nothing.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All terms and conditions are transparent. No setup fees, no booking fees for end customers on tickets, no additional marketing costs. Payouts are monthly with no minimum payout amount.
How does the billing process work?
Fixed-price components (setup, monthly fees) via SEPA direct debit or credit card. Transaction/commission components are offset against the monthly payout. CSV export of all transactions included.
What is the minimum contract duration?
No. All ongoing fees (monthly subscriptions, commissions) can be cancelled monthly. Setup fees are a one-time charge; there is no further obligation.
How do I combine multiple columns and how does the bundle discount apply?
In the platform's backend, you select the pillars. Are City vouchers, online ticketing and voucher books working together, is there automatically 10 % discount on their ongoing fees. Local coupons are excluded from the bundle discount; setup fees remain undiscounted.
Is VAT charged separately?
Yes. All prices are Net prices. VAT is added on top — for German B2B customers with a valid VAT ID number, the reverse charge procedure can be applied.
Are the setup fees negotiable?
At City vouchers (149 €) and Voucher books (€990) We offer individual terms depending on volume and group size. Coupons and tickets Fixed prices apply.
