Once an order in your shop has been paid for, the rest runs fully automatically via the Perfect-Day platform.

Customer buys in your shop

Your customer orders a coupon — e.g. „City voucher €50" or „Breakfast for two" — as usual in your webshop.

The platform generates the codes.

Your shop reports the paid order to Perfect Day. The platform automatically generates the activation codes for this specific order.

The customer receives the email

The customer receives a branded email containing the codes and a print link. They can print the voucher or enter the code in the app.

What you need before you start.

Four things — you probably already have most of them. The general setup takes about five minutes and applies to all shop systems.

  • A provider account on the Perfect Day platform
  • One coupon entry per product sold in the back office (coupon ID noted)
  • A WordPress application password (created in 2 minutes)
  • Admin access to your webshop

What providers want to know about shop integration.

How much does the shop connection cost?
Nothing extra. The connection is part of your platform membership — you pay no additional fee for the webhook or automatic code delivery.
Do I need my own tech knowledge?
It depends on the shop system. With WooCommerce One plugin click is all it takes. At Shopify You set up a workflow. Shopware, Magento and PrestaShop You should have a developer available — or use our setup service. The technical effort is indicated by a points score on each shop card.
How quickly will my customer receive the codes?
Typical 5–15 seconds After the order has been paid for, the customer receives an email with the activation codes and a print link.
What happens if I cancel a purchase in the shop?
Currently, you deactivate the code manually in the platform's back office. An automatic refund webhook is on the roadmap.
Can my codes be used multiple times?
No. Every activation code is exactly once Redeemable. For installment coupons, any remaining balance will be retained under the same code.
I use an exotic shop — is that still possible?
Yes. As long as your shop has webhooks or an order API, you can connect it via the generic bridge—for example, with a small code snippet or an automation service. See the "Other Shops" guide.
