Perfect Day account delete.

You can delete your member account yourself at any time — directly in the app or, if the app is no longer installed, via email.

Delete directly in the app.

  1. Open the Perfect-Day app and log in with your member account.
  2. On the rider profile go.
  3. In the section Account on „"Delete account"" tap.
  4. To confirm the password enter and „"Delete permanently"" choose.

The account will be deleted immediately and permanently.

App no longer installed?

Write to us from the email address associated with your member account. datenschutz@deinperfectday.de. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm the deletion.

What will be deleted

Your member account and profile information (name, email, avatar) as well as the cross-device connection to the unlocked codes.

What remains

Completed redemptions remain anonymous in the provider statistics (without any personal information). Legally required documents are retained for the prescribed period.
