How much does registration cost?
Completely free of charge. You only pay when you actively use a charging station — and even then there is no minimum contract period.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Platform registration takes 10 minutes. First pillar goes live depending on the pillar: coupons + tickets immediately, city vouchers + books with 1–14 days setup.
Who is my contact person?
DigElite. For lead form inquiries, a member of staff will contact you personally. For self-service registration, onboarding information will be sent via email. We can be reached by phone during business hours.
