For companies & employers

Employee benefits that stay in your city.

With a company subscription, you can automatically and regularly provide your team with local city vouchers. Once set up, the platform distributes the vouchers automatically.

In three steps

This is how a corporate subscription works.

  1. Set up a subscription. The city voucher provider sets up the company subscription: voucher, interval (monthly, quarterly or annually) and the freely selectable start date — this also becomes the recurring day.
  2. Employees care. The company receives its own restricted access and enters its employee list (name + email) and the quantity per employee there.
  3. Distribute automatically. For each interval, the platform generates activation codes for each employee, sends them via branded email and places them directly into the Perfect-Day account.
Why a corporate subscription

What employers gain from this.

Benefit without ongoing effort

Set up a subscription once — from then on, the platform will automatically and repeatedly distribute the vouchers, run after run.

Appreciation that stays local

Your employees redeem the vouchers at local shops — the purchasing power stays in your city, not with online giants.

Self-cared

The company can adjust the employee list and quantity per employee at any time via its own, restricted access.

Full cost transparency

The platform displays the expected monthly costs per subscription and a history of all previous runs, including the number of employees and the amount.

Directly in the employee's app

The codes are automatically added to your Perfect Day account. No typing, no lost slips of paper — if no account exists yet, one will be created.

Separate, tidy access

The company receives an account that shows only subscription management — no platform access, no coupon area.

Clear roles

Who sets up what?.

The city voucher provider

He sets up company subscriptions and subscriptions and manages the interval. For him, the company subscription is a recurring business – requiring no maintenance, as the company itself keeps the employee list up to date.

The company

Manage your employee list and the number of vouchers per employee in your own account. New colleague? Add them – they'll automatically be included in the next run. Departing employees are deactivated; vouchers already sent remain valid.

The platform generates and distributes the vouchers. Billing takes place between businesses and city voucher providers outside the platform.
