Responsible for provider content
All voucher offers, provider descriptions, logos, address details, and other content that individual providers post on the Perfect-Day platform are published and maintained solely by those providers. Providers are required to include their own legal notice (Impressum) in their respective provider profiles, insofar as they are legally obligated to do so under Section 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). This information can be viewed in the app via the respective provider profile.
The processing of app user data (redemption events, profile data, location, etc.) is carried out exclusively by us as the platform operator in accordance with our privacy policy. Providers do not receive any profile or contact data of end customers; they only see technical redemption information in their back office (device identifier, timestamp, and, if applicable, the display name of a logged-in app member).
Disclaimer regarding liability for provider content
DigElite Digital Agency provides only the technical infrastructure for the Perfect-Day platform. We assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, redeemability, or legality of the voucher offers posted by vendors. We do not endorse this content.
If we receive reports of violations of applicable law in provider content, we will review the report and remove the illegal content immediately. You can submit reports via our central DSA contact point (see below).
